Homeowners who would like friendly and professional help in managing their vacation rental home are encouraged to call me to discuss your specific rental goals for your property. As a resident of Stanley I am here year-around to manage your vacation rental. As a vacation rental homeowner myself, I've learned to understand what matters most to the homeowners.
Rental Services Provided & Fees:
Each property should be marketed according to its most appealing characteristics. I'll work with you to understand what makes your property unique and create all the advertising accordingly. Your property will be published on the Stanley Chamber of Commerce web site at my expense. I will also work with you to advertise your property more broadly if needed.
I'll interact with all renters to discuss available dates, reviews the reservation policy guidelines, accept receipt of the security/damage deposit and secure full payment for rental expense in advance of the guest's arrival. During the guest's stay, I will be available to attend to any needs which may arise.
At the end of the stay I care for all cleaning, check to ensure there is no damage, return the damage deposited and secure your property until it is ready to receive new guests.
At the end of each month I will send you a check for the rents received, less a 30% commission that includes all cleaning expense, travel and time associated with the rental.
