Reservations-
Reservation Policy: A security deposit in the amount of $500 is due within 7 days of placing your reservation. This security deposit holds your reservation and is automatically converted to become your damage deposit upon your arrival. The entire rental amount is due no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If your reservation is made less than 30 days from your arrival date, your reservation will be confirmed when full payment is received.
Security & Damage Deposit: Each rental home requires a fully refundable damage and security deposit of $500. Damage deposits will be in the mail within 14 days of your check-out date provided both the home and the personal property are in the same condition as when you arrived and all the terms of the Rental Agreement have been met.
Cancellation Policy: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellation that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. For those cancellations make from 15-60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, there will be a forfeiture of the full security deposit, unless the home is re-rented for the same dates. Cancellations from 14 days, or less, prior to the scheduled arrival date, forfeit 50% of the rental fee with the full security deposit being refunded. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
