This 2500 sq. ft. home has everything: an outstanding view of the Sawtooth Mountains, complete privacy on a private drive, a large wrap-around redwood deck, an open fire pit, a propane gas barbeque, a picnic table, a huge garage to keep cars and/or snowmobiles in the winter, a beautiful kitchen with upgraded appliances including a microwave oven and dishwasher together with granite counter tops, a large living room, a family room downstairs, wireless WiFi Internet and a washer and dryer. There is both a wood and a propane fireplace. The home sleeps 10 or more people with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in a second bedroom, 2 twin beds in a third bedroom and two futons in the family room. There are 3 full bathrooms one with a claw foot tub. The home is of superior quality and tastefully decorated. A perfect gate-a-way.
Rates: The home rents for $375 per night (plus 6% sales tax and a 2% travelers/convention tax) with the 7th night free on a one-week rental. There is a minimum five-night stay. A $100 cleaning fee added to the rental amount.
Off-Season Rates: October 15th- May 15th (except for Holidays) has a rate of $300 per night.
